Mixed Media Explorations (ages 5-9) – 8 weeks
In this 8-week course, children ages 5-9 will explore art-making in both 2D and 3D using a variety of media to create their masterpieces.
Drawing Foundations (ages 9-13) – 8 weeks
An art course for children aged 9-13 to learn about the foundations of drawing. Participants will explore a variety of mediums and subject matters.
Expressions of Self (ages 13-17) – 8 weeks
In this 8 week course, teens will learn about historical and contemporary artists known for their self-portraits and will create their own self-portraits.
Art & Nature (ages 9-12) – 10 weeks
In this class, children will explore the link between art and nature by completing projects where nature is the subject, the medium, or sometimes both.
Contemporary Colourists (ages 13-17) – 7 weeks
In this colour theory art course, teens will study contemporary and historical artists with a colour focus and use a variety of artistic mediums.
Place & Space (ages 13-17) – 8 weeks
In this 8 week course, teens will explore the concept of place and space in artwork. References will be made to contemporary and historical artists.
Winter Wonderland (ages 5-8) – 10 weeks
In this 10-week class, children will create a variety of creative art projects in a variety of mediums focused around the theme of winter.
