Join us for this special Meet the Artists Reception for One is Part of the Whole at the Douglas Family Art Centre from 6-8 pm.
One is Part of the Whole is a celebration of the life and work of artist and retired art educator Pippi Johnson, and of the students she taught and inspired throughout her career. A selection of her work is shown alongside the work of 30 of her former students. The display includes artwork in a diverse range of artistic media including: painting, drawing, ceramics, performance, photography, film-making, jewelry design, wood-carving, and even cookie decorating.
We hope that you will join us in celebrating the closing of this exhibition alongside many of the participating artists who will be in attendance.
