How to Conduct a Historic Interview: Tips & Tricks from Lloyd Mack

Have you ever wondered about conducting a historic interview? Are you interested in volunteering in the community? Do you want to help the museum preserve our local history and stories? Join us on November 23, 2023 at the Museum where we will be talking about our new programme: Seniors Interviewing Seniors.

Lloyd Mack, former editor of the Kenora Miner and News, will be presenting tips and tricks on how to conduct an interview, whether it is genealogy, family stories, personal interest, or oral history. Museum staff will also be speaking about the Seniors Interviewing Seniors programme, its goals, and will demonstrate the use of some of the museum’s recording equipment (It’s simple, we promise!)

Not a senior? Not a problem! Anyone who is interested in the programme is invited to attend.
