Please join us on September 29 for a special screening of the short documentary Lost Moccasin. This film follows the journey of Bradford Bilodeau, a Sixties Scoop survivor, as he meets with family members to talk about the day he was taken from his mother.
After the screening there will be an in-person Q&A session and presentation by Bradford about his experiences.
Bradford Bilodeau is a First Nation male from Valley River Reserve. He has presented at numerous cultural centres and schools, including Centennial College in Toronto, the Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre, and University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Lost Moccasin was an official selection of the American Indian Film Festival in 2020. The documentary was released by the National Screen Institute in 2018. It was directed by Roger Boyer and produced by Darcy Waite.
