Presenters: Tammy Bush and CMHA Kenora
Tammy Bush, in partnership with CMHA Kenora, is hosting a tie dye workshop in support of suicide awareness and prevention. Sam Bush loved tie dye shirts. He had blue, red, and mixed colour tie dye clothing he loved to wear because they were colourful, fun, and made him feel good about himself. Part of being mentally healthy (feeling good in your brain) is having the people, animals, places, and things around us that help us feel our best. These things also help when we are having a hard day, they make us feel safe and comforted until we feel better.
On May 27, join us at the Douglas Family Art Centre to tie dye some T-shirts and scrunchies in our favourite colours so we can wear them to help us feel good.
This workshop is free to attend, though space is limited so register to reserve your space by clicking here.
