Landscape in Watercolour with Susan Bulman (Adult/Teen)

In this 3-hour workshop taking place on Saturday, November 16th from 1-4pm, local artist Susan Bulman will lead you through an exploration of the landscape in watercolour. During the first half of the workshop, Susan will demonstrate methods for painting different types of clouds and trees.
After some time practicing these techniques, we’ll have a short break for tea and cookies.
In the latter half of the class, participants will select a landscape that they would like to work on for the remainder of the workshop. A selection of printed reference images will be provided, or you can bring your own. Note: Please ensure you are working from a printed image, and not one on a phone or other device. You may email your photo to [email protected] by November 15th to have it printed for the workshop.
This program is recommended adults and teens (13+) with some previous experience in watercolours (i.e., those who have taken at least one other class previously or have practiced watercolours independently and are familiar with basic techniques). If you are unsure if this is you, we recommend taking the course Still Life in Watercolour with Susan Bulman on November 2nd first, where you will learn basic watercolour techniques.
The cost to register is $45 +HST for non-members or $40.50 +HST for MUSE members.
