Closing Reception for Piitwewetam: Making is Medicine, with Drum Circle & Sacred Fire

The Muse is pleased to partner with the Ne-Chee Friendship Centre to provide complimentary program to the exhibition Piitwewetam: Making is Medicine, on display at the Douglas Family Art Centre until January 21st, 2023.

Join us at the Douglas Family Art Centre for a celebration to mark the closing of the exhibition Piitwewetam: Making is Medicine.  Come see the show one last time, enjoy some delicious food, and hear from Elders as they speak about how they deal with loss and grief positively.  A drum circle with invited men and women singers from throughout the region will close off the event.
