Chalk Mural with Amanda McCavour

Everyone is welcome to join us in Memorial Park, between the Lake of the Woods Museum and Douglas Family Art Centre, as we transform the space with a vibrant chalk mural. Exhibiting artist, Amanda McCavour, will lead the day as we create beautiful radial bursts of colour along the pathways using sidewalk chalk and  chalk paint.  

This drop-in activity will take place on Sunday, September 29 between 10am and 4pm.  Stop in for a bit, or hang out for the whole day.  After the event, the mural will remain up for all members of the community to enjoy, until the rain washes it away. 

This program is free to attend and suitable for all ages.
