Anong Migwans Beam is an artist from M’Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island. She was born to artist parents, Carl Beam and Ann Beam, who encouraged her to develop as an artist. Her company, Beam Paints, produces high-quality, eco-friendly watercolour paints. An exhibition of her recent paintings is on display at the Art Centre January – April 2023.
